"the hotel was excellent from the registration to check. Odette was wonderful made us feel welcome, very professional and attentive. and pleasant. we love our room and my grandchildren love it. the breakfast buffet was to die for. it was more than i expected it was a full breakfast. the hotel was only a block from the warft with make is very convient. it was also nice that the check out was at 12 noon a d parking was cheap and dont expire until 4pm. so after we check out we we're able to go and do a last minute adventure at warft without having to pay extra for parking. we were able to leave the car at the hotel until 4pm.I would definitely stay here again. the little extra mile like check out at 12 and the late parking valid at 4pm after check was amazing. thank you. not every hotel i stay by the warft offer those. i hope come back soon."

"Nice location. Surprised how unaccommodating they were. Large group was there for a 3:00 pm wedding, up charging $50 for early check in (regularly 4:00) was rude and completely unnecessary as the rooms were ready and would have been zero inconvenience. Probably would think twice about booking here again. "

"Clean hotel from Lobby to room . Only had breakfast buffet , many options for food. Room was spacious with great view . Good water pressure in shower and clean bathroom . Shuttle service was excellent to the airport on time and driver was friendly . Hotel staff were great as well . I would definitely stay there again . "
