Historic Charm Meets Modern Comfort in Downtown Burlington
- Step into a beautifully renovated 1-bedroom apartment on the second floor of a charming 1845 Federal-style brick house. Located right between UVM and Church Street, you can walk everywhere while enjoying private outdoor spaces rarely found in downtown rentals.
Access & Layout: You'll enter through a shared mudroom with direct access to your private staircase leading to the second-floor apartment. Enjoy your own private porch and a fenced-in yard with comfortable patio furniture.
The Space: The open floor plan features a brand new kitchen, original hardwood floors throughout, and a spacious living area with a super comfortable futon for extra sleeping space. The bathroom beautifully blends modern finishes with vintage charm, anchored by a stunning clawfoot tub.
Amenities:
✓ High-speed WiFi
✓ 65" smart TV
✓ Central AC & heating
✓ 1 dedicated off-street parking spot
✓ Private porch & fenced yard access
Location: Just 7 minutes to Church Street Marketplace and close to both UVM and Champlain College—you're in the heart of everything Burlington has to offer.
