Split fence around about an acre, lots of things for children outside and large fire pit. 3 things for those considering renting: 1) shower is a 32" with a curtain, 2) loft access is a ships ladder, 3) entrance doesn't say Treehouse anywhere, says Los Conchitas. My husband and dogs stayed for the weekend and it was very relaxing.
