Great getaway with friends!

There were 3 families in our party and this cabin was perfect for us! Our teenagers loved it too! So convient to the office/lake area and the pool was so refreshing after a hot day on the lake.

Perfect place for family reunion

This was our third summer to gather at Log Country Cove for a large family reunion in multiple cabins. We are already signed up for next year. What more can I say. Wonderful place!

Amazing Rental Cabin and Staff

I rented the Kistler and Vaughn cabins for my family on the occasion of my daughter’s wedding. The venue was in the same location as the cabins. The cabins and the wedding venue were stocked with a superb selection of kitchen tools, dishes and appliances. Even the the cabin’s living room had kiddie toys stowed away in an ottoman for my grand children. The condition of the cabins were excellent in terms of clean, well maintained and very responsive staff. I would suggest that a guide to setting the thermostat would be helpful. THe available sports and outdoor activities were great and equally well maintained. We will be back for another wonderful experience.

Cozy Open Home, but no pack n play

Nice open kitchen/living. Close to office with recreation & water activities. Everything was perfect, but disappointed NO pack n play as stated in write up (only crib).

Overwhelmed by Excellence

We stayed at the Kistler, for our daughters wedding weekend. This was one of nicest places we have ever stayed. The staff is impeccable, friendly and so on top of everything. The accommodations were top notch and welcoming. We can not wait to go back to enjoy a relaxing time. I would recommend Log Country Cove to anyone!

Amazing in every way!

This property was perfect for a weekend get away with small children. We had four couples and all of our little ones. Each couple was able to have their own room with private baths. When you are traveling in groups, that type of find is a gem! Everything was immaculately clean and the beds were super comfortable. I tend to be the one in the group who has high standards for accommodations and I don't have one single complaint. We were right across the street from the water and a playground. It was the perfect distance away with small children. We were able to go back and forth to the house in no time at all. The water rentals process was seamless and we enjoyed the water trampoline so much. The little playground also had a free putt putt course for the kiddos. Our backyard was fenced in and large so the kids had tons of space to run out some energy. We plan on making annual trips here moving forward. You won't regret staying at this property at all or any of the 40 plus other cabins they have at Log Country Cove. The staff was very friendly and even gave us a bottle of bbq sauce of their own to go with our BBQ when we realized we didn't have any last minute. Such sweet people! Stay here! You won't regret it at all.

Great for gatherings with large main room

Great for family reunion gatherings as the main room is expansive enough to accommodate large groups. It has everything we need in the kitchen for meal preparation. We stay at 2 houses but have our meals here because of the large space. It is also close to the water and everything the resort has to offer.

Beautiful house!

Open floor plan with 3 master suites on the main level and more space upstairs. Lots of light and well stocked. House is close to the Cedar Skies venue for weddings/other events and close to the lake and common area activities. This was a perfect wedding prep day area for us...hair and makeup done on site with plenty of space for bridal party and easy walk to the wedding venue. Thank you for a great stay!

Very roomy

The house was very spacious. Plenty of room for blow up mattresses if needed. Very clean and well kept. The king bed we slept in was in desperate need of a new mattress!! Totally worn out. It also doesn't have a regular coffee pot, so you need to know to bring Keirig coffee.
