Lovely accomodation, very friendly and helpful staff, the best breakfast ever. Very doggy friendly, and extremely clean. The location was really good, close to beaches, pubs, entertainment and bus stops. Would recommend if your looking for a really good break away.
Lovely place to stay.
Rooms exceptionally clean. Nice shower gels and shampoos. Lovely amenities in room.
Then the breakfast in the morning lovely.
This is a rare find indeed.
Next time we are down this way we will most definitely book here for longer.
Many thanks
Really lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was excellent, all freshly made and good value. The Tea Room and Garden with large pond was lovely and if you have little ones there is a good play area. The beach is a few hundred yards away and as this isnt in the heart of Brean it is a quiet location.
Nice quiet place. Quite ordinary but very good value. Clean property and rooms with a lovely conservatory and beautiful grounds. 1000'walk to beach access. Away from loud concessions and restaurants, it does have a bar on site with limited hours. Breakfast cooked to order perfectly each morning and friendly staff. Family run.

Staff were friendly & polite, unfortunately the room was a bit disappointing, compact comes to mind:
Stains on bedding
Mattress uncomfortable
Took 2/3 attempts to turn off hot tap
Once toilet was flushed it sounded like it was dripping
And I am absolutely sure the washing machine(s) was at the back of our room and were going most of the night

I booked a small basic double room for a 1 night stay during a cold night in March. The room was warm & clean and bed and pillows very comfortable (bed linen and towels excellent); Electric shower was adequate. Some deterioration of wooden surround of shower base and some skirting in need of repair/replacement
Tea/coffee facilities in room adequate
Unfortunately I experienced some noise from the adjoining room during the evening - initially this was during their use of the shower which created a considerable plumbing noise which spooked my dog (I had to put him in the car for an hour, the dog that is not the other guest) Then there was some disturbance from his long ? phone conversation in the evening (poor sound insulation between rooms). I was at one point considering to request a different room but fortunately the conversation and low TV noise ended around 10pm so I slept well.
Breakfast was excellent
I met co-owner Diana who was pleasant, friendly, approachable and helpful
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Location is perfect with a lovely garden. We stayed in the court yard accommodation, which was adequate (just a little tired). Breakfast was very nice with great service. We would definitely stay here again.
The accommodation is clean tidy and appropriate for a five day stay the staff were accommodating and polite and there was no cheap food dished up for breakfast it was all good quality products cannot fault it and will consider booking again
Great place . Our second visit . Room nice. Had a little fridge and a fan which was needed . Breakfast fab. Lovely garden . Pleasant owners and staff . Nice beach to walk along

Average but pleasant
Pleasant staff but generally could do with a lick of paint. Rooms were ok but tiny, wifi didn't work, breakfast was good. Overall not great value at £106 for a family room and continental breakfast
