“As a couple we found the room adequate for our needs with a good price. Having the bar and it's dining facilities close by was a bonus and staff made us feel most welcome which made for a pleasant stay.”

“Good location, clean and tidy. Instruction to parking can be more specific as i didn't know the parking lot was located in a car park. Everything was clean and tidy and well furnished. One thing that was not good enough was there was no salt in the apartment lol.”

“Lovely and great hotel located in Burnie. Very nice staff with detail explanation on room and surrounding environment. Room are very very clean and new with complete set of kitchen facilities. Very close to see Penguin with only 5 min walk. Fantastic experience stay in Burnie by the bay. ”

“We stayed at "Philpotts" for 2 nights and the houses were beautifully furnished and had a garden full of different plants. The landlord was very attentive and provided a rich breakfast to us. Look forward to staying again in the near future.”
