"The room was gorgeous- very spacious. We had a 3bed/2 bath. It had a full kitchen that had everything except a mixing bowl. The balcony was perfect. The MB had an enormous walk in shower with 2 shower heads. The electric fireplace was a nice touch. TV in every room. The small cafe on property was quaint and elegant with amazing food. The location was convenient to Biltmore and Biltmore Village. The rooms were not very sound proof. We could hear someone above us closing doors and stomping around constantly. The pet walk area was difficult at night with no lighting in that area and drop offs at the end. Our only other complaint was that trash was not picked up consistently. Ours sat outside our room for 2 days. Our neighbors was there several days as well. And guests left food delivery trash at the bottom of the steps multiple times in different areas that were there for at least 24 hours. We never used any amenities on property other than the cafe. "
