「員工要看個人運氣好不好，有的很熱心，而且會講中文。有的一板一眼，不願意幫忙。（因為腳扭傷無法爬到上舖，勉強上去但跌落到地上，再次要求已發生意外，其他的服務人員才趕快協助換床位）」
