“The room is dirty, no air conditioning I had to beg for a fan to get it, a lot of bugs that I have been bitten by them, my skin has many red spots on it, bathroom bulbs were burnt out, a shopping bag with some food missed out after I asked for a cleaning service and the door room had been kept opened after that with the keys out in lockers even I had all my stuff there, TV not working, dirty bedding…others.”

“Yorumlarda en çok gördüğüm şey otelin temiz oluşuydu ve gerçekten de otelin geneli, odalar, havuz çok temiz. Odalarda buzdolabı eksikliğini hissettik açıkçası. Otelin 'dışarıdan yiyecek içecek getirmeme' politikasının sadece restoran kısmı için geçerli olduğunu düşünüyordum. Tuvaletler çok küçüktü ama odanın kalan kısmı gayet yeterliydi. “酒店距离TUYAP展馆挺近的，有车接送到展馆，5分钟内的车程即可到达。但是附近可供休闲跟逛街的地方就不是很多，距离Taxim广场差不多一个小时的车程……去老城区那边，坐metrobus跟电车，也要45分钟左右。远。。打的的话，确保没塞车就会快些。不过，酒店门口附近就有车站，比较方便。 前台非常热情，一有问题都很乐意并及时帮忙解决。点赞…………不过，酒店的早餐就一般般，可供选择的东西不是很多。。。。这点就应该改善下了。”

"This is a newly opened hotel for less than two months, and the location is excellent. All the beautiful (Bursa Ulu Camii)and best shopping (Bursa Grand Bazaar) places in Bursa are within a few minutes of walking, and the subway (Metro) station is just 1 min walk including turning a corner. The hotel staffs also have for good English communication and enthusiasm for service. The room facilities are also complete. By the way, if you stay at the room which has City View, then you will see the most beautiful Bursa panoramic mountain view. Finally, I would like to comment about its breakfast. It is nice with a big portion. The manager and staffs of the restaurant are also so hospitalities. I definitely will accommodate at the hotel if I revisit Bursa."
