“Rooms were very clean and the staff were very kind and hospitable”

“DO NOT STAY HERE. There is no staff at the lobby after dark. You will literally come into the location and talk to a disheveled looking man through a screen. Despite having provided a CC on Expedia's reservation, they demanded an extra $50 on the spot. its been 5 days and that is still not refunded. The pool CLOSED, the corridor doors meant for keycard access only and security of the guests, both locks on both ends of the corridor were broken. The room door lock didn't work properly on the first……

“Corner was great !!!”

“Trailer was newly remodeled. The stay was nice. Outside could use some work but overall we had a good stay.”

“Daniel was great with hus communication in telling us about the property. He came out to greet us when we arrived. Very helpful if we had questions. He us renovating this property and I have to say he is doing a fantastic job. We loved the neighbors geese, chickens, turkeys and peacocks. We had a great stay. Hope to do it again sometime.”

“The inside was clean but the outside picture shows only a marsh. I did not expect it was a trailer/mobile home park with buildings only about 30ft apart. The trailer nearest has around 50 chickens and geese, turkeys and racoons that wraps around the west side of the structure and the marsh is beyond the enclosures. it smells a little from the animals. the roosters started crowing at 5:30 am. The main burner on the stove is all the way hot or not on at all so be careful not to burn food. ……

“Nice little place close to town”

“Inside the house was good for a night sleep in our road trip. ”

“While the price is great the exterior was in sad shape. There is no walkway or path. You have to walk from parking through overgrown grass. There are no amenities outside. So if you looking for a quick over night stay this is a decent place although it is tucked in the back of a derelict trailer park. The interior of the home was in good shape and had plenty of room.”

“In the master bedroom there is no door to the bathroom. Also, when we arrived the air conditioning was set on 75. The place never cooled down till early morning. Strong sewage smell in the master bedroom.”

“The property was clean and the staff was friendly and professional. Our room was great! The bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Recommend!”

“I don’t know if I was in a room under renovation but it was horrible the shower head was held together by a zip tie then it fell off mid shower. Ceiling lights at the door didn’t work there was dirty goop all in the corner of the shower, the pictures online look nothing like the room I stayed in. Light bulbs were missing from lamps it was crazy.”
