“L'endroit où nous mangeons sur certaines fênetres il n'ya pas des vitres donc le soir on est envahi par les moustiques, dans la cuisine le frigo est trés vieux et n'est pas trés propre, le problème de coupure de courant ne rassure pas la fraîcheur de la nourriture que l'on met au frigo. Il existe des problèmes d'eau chaude en permenance, le soir je prénais ma douche avec un petit filet d'eau chaude celà n'est pas très agréable parce que il n'ya pas assez de pression suffisante pour se……

“Very dishonest staff and the manager did not help the situation. I checked in when I had a standard room and I requested a room for two beds and asked if I would be charged. They told me I would not be charged. I also double-checked the following day with the front desk and told me I would not be charged. Upon checking out, they told me I was charged $144. Terrible and the manager did help the situation. It was my first time to Burundi and had this terrible welcome at this hotel and will never……
