“Wonderful, warm welcome. Room very comfortable. Few tweaks needed - drawers not easily accessible, hanging space a bit high. Wonderful shower - walk-in, such a treat as most hotels have showers inaccessible to anyone with any mobility issues. Surprisingly quiet even though on main road. Great for a couple of nights”

“I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading……

“Brilliant property! Really clean, excellent checking in and service throughout our stay. Only downside is the information given for parking. We ended up paying £28 because it wasn’t explained to us that it was free after a certain time. Should have cost us £8. Private parking company so nothing reception could do.”
