The room was amazing, very clean and plenty of space. The shower room was also incredible with great shower pressure and built in bidet. The staff were very helpful and so quick when making up the room! The stay was fresh, modern and honestly I couldn’t fault it.

The premier suite was superb. Stunning view from the 2 story windows. Felt very elite with the type of accommodations. Loved the separate toilet room. Only issue was with the ac unit. Difficult time trying to adjust the temperature so that it wouldn’t turn off and on every 15 seconds. The elevators were extremely slow also. Overall the stay was very good!!

Located in Centum City, hip and vibrant. It’s a short distance walk to the metro station and Shinsegae mall on the other side of the Centum City Station. Shinsegae has really awesome food court and other restaurants. 2-3 stations away from Haeundae Beach where you want to be every chance you get. We stayed at Centum City bc it was a bit more affordable than hotels in Haeundae. However, the hotel was a bit disappointing. We stayed on the 17th floor hoping for an amazing view, but the room faced Building-B of the same hotel, so not only we didn’t have any views of the ocean or the city, we couldn’t have the curtains open due to directly facing the other building. Room was small, a bit outdated. Most annoying part was there weren’t drawers or place to unload our clothes. The pool looked interesting in the photo, but in reality, it’s not that nice. Be sure to have a swim cap to enter. Towels at the pool weren’t free either. I’ve never been to a hotel with pools where I had to pay to use towels until this one. It wasn’t expensive, but it’s silly that they would charge for it in the first place. It’s located in Building-B, so if you are in building-A, you would have to come down to the 1st floor, walk across the lobby to Building-B and up to the 12th floor. Elevators are weirdly located and separated, making things confusing and annoying. I would pay a bit more to stay at a hotel near Haeundae next time.

Close to Centrum City and SpaLand but the small rooms and placement of furniture lack some common sense. Small details needs to be addressed like cracking / missing grouts, no air-conditioning in hallways, slamming room door. What makes this hotel outstanding are the front desk and cleaning staffs

The location to the subway and shopping was fabulous. Housekeeping not as fabulous…dirty areas and they didn’t replenish daily. Not a bad deal for the cost but housekeeping was lacking.

Centralised air-conditioning means the room was set at 30 degrees celsius, which makes the room uncomfortably warm, especially during the night when outside temperature drop to single digit, and the heater turns up hotter. Furniture aged with signs of wear and tear, due for a slight make over, especially the sofa. Free bottled water stated in Welcome card, but another card says water chargeable at 1000 won per bottle. Front desk always seems busy with their monitor and guests are not greeted at the front desk. Small details which could improve the overall ratings further.

Not good as expected
Not as satisfying as expected. The room was small and there was not enough space for luggage storage. The maid was nice but there was a hole in her towel which was not nice. On the last day, the electricity in the room was broken, so they replaced the room, but at dawn, I couldn't sleep properly because the back of both ears were itching, probably because bugs were biting on the pillow. The fitness center had an uneven floor and needed repairs, but it was inconvenient because the materials were still there. Most hotels provided water and towels, but this hotel had nothing but exercise equipment. One breakfast was better than expected, but other than that I was not satisfied. I have no intention of using it again as a bad experience.

Remember to factor in temperature and extra charge
Read other reviews and they said that the hotel staff wasn't nice, which was not true. However during check in, the staff said to me that there wouldn't be aircon. Which to me was not a problem as it was winter and I could open the windows. However the staff then said that there was heating through the building... this was the main issue. There is NO WAY to turn off the heating, and staying the the duplex, heat risen to the bedroom level and it was unbearable. It was impossible to fall asleep. Also the remote controls were hidden inside boxes through the room, and there was a price list next to the bed that listed every object in the room for a price (i.e. tooth brush, towel etc.). These are additonal, so for every extra towel you ask for, you are charged. Staying in the duplex, i would've expected a "room tour" by a staff, showing me where all the remotes are, how to control what... instead i spent a good 30 min looking for the curtain remotes which were in a box under the tv cabinet. Also i had to wheel my own luggage up to my room and staff didnt offer to help bring it up or subsequently delivered.

This is the very first hotel ever in my life charging their guests for additional water, pillows, towels, etc. I understand that the hotel business wasn’t doing well due to pandemic but doesn’t mean that they can be so stingy and try to make money out of their guests for unreasonable stuffs. Hotel staffs were also very cold and unwelcoming. I am not expecting them to be over nice but they don’t have to give an impression to the guests checking in about them hating their jobs. This hotel, in general, seems to be new to business where needs to do more market research and learn about industry standards.

Clean and great location (close to BEXCO and a subway station) They provided good customer service. I didn't like the initial room they allocated because it had such a bad view through the window; it was blocked on top and bottom by some other structures and I was only able to see some buildings in between the structures. I asked them to change the room and they did. Also, I was able to get an iron and ironing board upon request.

I have got neither free upgrade nor a free bottle of wine as my Gold benefit; I was only offered an upgrade for 850$ (to suite), but because the standard room was very unsatisfying, I went for it and paid

It's not my first stay at this hotel, but found the standard twin room is pretty small, almost no space to place your bag open. Compared to the room, the bath is roomy. Would recommend to take room with one double bed or deluxe room.

Nice hotel. Clean and well maintained. Wish if they have more towels but provided couple more for free though. Close to subway stations and a fancy shopping mall. Price was reasonable. I will definitely stay there if I visit Busan again.
