I stayed here for 3 days. The breakfast is different every day and tastes good. The room is clean. There is a moisturizer in the room which is useful for people who are not used to dry weather. It is also near to a bus stop (5 min walk) and a metro station (10 min walk). Unless you want to experience a nightlife, this place is suitable for a solo traveller

I like the location of the place since it's really close to Busan station. The bed was comfortable and they offer complimentary breakfast. Complimentary water in the room and more with towel change which is nice. Staff did their job but nothing above and beyond. My biggest issue is that the bathroom was not clean. There were strands of long hair everywhere from the sink, mirror, wall and tub. It's clear that they didn't bother to check if it was clean or looked after.

I extended my stay - so I obviously like the hotel. Friendly staff. Room for 1 person had everything. Nice view from the 18th floor, good internet, mini fridge, kettle, bathtub, Japanese toilet, fresh towels every day and a bottle of water. There is a laundry room on the ground floor. Included breakfast was very different than what I am accustomed to. Not too far from Metro exit 1, 2, 3 and 4. 35 minutes walk from Train station (walk in underground Metro and take Exit 1, then keep walking south). From hotel to airport will take 1h20 using Metro line 1, then line 2, then light train.

The staff were not particularly friendly and could have been more helpful, especially knowing I’m a foreigner. It would have been nice if someone had explained that the elevator operates by even and odd floors. The room itself was fine for the price, but the bed was one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on. The mattress was extremely hard and uneven, and I could feel the springs pressing through. I kept waking up throughout the night and barely got any rest. By morning, my back was sore and stiff, and it made it almost impossible to adjust to the time difference or have the energy to explore the city. On a positive note, the breakfast staff were fantastic — friendly, helpful, and attentive. I especially appreciated the gentleman who helped me get a taxi; that small act of kindness truly stood out and made a difference in my stay.
