“Charlie the owners was at the property very welcoming and nice .the property was amazing. Right on a river. The house was above incredible, you feel your at spa .he has everything you could ever want. The only down is the well water has a sulfur smell but he provides bottled water for cooking and cleaning .so no problem. Cool evening enjoyed a nice fire.the pictures on the site are exactly what it looks like. Dont think theres a picture of the bench by the river its a great place to set.”

“This property is super charming, and the listing is exact. Although the surrounding area may seem sketchy, it truly isn't. This apartment is located in a historical front of Rochester where multicultural elements are presented. The area is extremely quiet to be so close to the downtown area and Nick Tahou Hots is literally within walking distance. Rochester garbage plates, yum yum! The master room has a super firm, but comfortable mattress with a white noise speaker available to help ease you……

“It was perfect for our stay to visit our son at Elim Bible Institute and College. The property was surprisingly was quaint and quiet! We never heard any of the activities that went on through the movies or the flea market traffic! We actually enjoyed a stroll through all the hubbub. The place felt brand new and everything we needed.”

“Close to RIT for graduation. Hopefully the listing was corrected as there is no hot tub. Owner was very timely in response to my 3 questions. I will mention that the toilet seat needs different screws so that it doesn’t move. The bathtub needs a mat or a non-skid surface. Just to mention, this is a 100 year old house so the floors do creak mostly in the upstairs hallway. The rate charged was a fair price for the house.”

“Erick’s home was spectacular! Directly across the street from the hidden sidewalk, where we had our own direct beach access stairs to a private beach! Views were gorgeous. The home was well-equipped with everything we could’ve needed, and he had the fridge stocked with waters and the counter with fresh-baked warm cookies! Erick is also one of the best hosts I’ve had over my years of renting! His communication and flexibility on early check-in/late check-out were so very considerate as we trekked……

“This home was everything we were hoping for. It was clean, spacious, away from everyone and the pond was an extra especially with all the fish to be caught and the bull frogs singing. The trail is also very nice. This property is amazing. Nikki, the host and her husband Randy were the best hosts who live right up the road on the pond right next to the pond in front of the home we stayed in. We had trouble connecting the WiFi and Nikki came right over and connected it for us. Randy and my husband……

“Great location and space for two small families to get together. Kids loved the hot tub and the family of ducks that lived nearby. Adults loved the beautiful view. Only downfall was the weather.”
