「Very nice place but expensive, unfortunately the owners have no experience in hospitality and expect the apartment to be bond cleaned. If you book this place, expect to be harassed and threatened for additional charges.」

「We told the host we would arrive after 6pm in Nov and she was there greeting us as soon as we arrived. We liked the kitchen which got all the cooking wares but not sure if there is cooking oil or seasonings. The electric stove was slow to turn on. The host has provided the eggs, milk, tea bags, coffee and juice as well as bread in two sandwich boxes so we could prepare our breakfast. Everywhere in the house, kitchen and bathroom are clean. 「The tree top views house is a beautiful house located on top of the hill. We really enjoyed the view, the location and the nice set up and decoration of this place. There is a couple minor issues but it didn’t bother us much. The communication was excellent as well. We would recommend the house to anyone.」

The only thing I would recommend is some outdoor sensor lights as we arrived late, and it was a bit tricky accessing the lock box in the dark and finding our way around. 「We stayed for a week and the house was nice, had enough heating and cooling and large enough to accomadate 5 of us very comfortably..was close enough to shops and city of hobart with out being to close.. house was well maintained and had enough for you to get by with like a washing machine and dishwasher etc..so overall the accomadation is recomwnded by us and should not disapoint...」
