「The property is very nice. However, the payment method between Expedia and let the property needs to be corrected. The property had no knowledge of my reservation and payment. I had to pay the property for my stay and have Expedia reimbursed me. This is unacceptable 」

「Nothing on the website is similar to the actual hotel.Wrong picture,wrong name,I had to ask people who lived near the so called hotel to ask for the hotel but to no avail.Because no buddy knows any hotel with that name in that location.When I call the hotel nobody answered my calls or called me back.So I had to book another hotel after spending more than 3 hours waiting.I am disappointed that Expedia putting this kind of scam on the website.」
