Our guests are incredibly important to us, and we are always looking for ways we can learn to improve your stay and particularly as a new hotel, guest experiences are of utmost importance. We are sorry you struggled to find a parking space close to the hotel. We do have signage in place stating that the car park is for hotel guest use only - it is unfortunate that others are using the spaces. The beginning of January is a very high demand time of year for any accommodation in the region, and whilst you may have experienced our rooms to be smaller, they were designed to maximize space and allow each guest room to have it's own bathroom. The pool is open from 6:00am to 7:00pm to allow for majority daytime use, but the Fitness Centre is open 24/7. We use large bottles of our toiletries secured in the bathrooms rather than miniatures, in order to minimize waste and reduce our environmental impact. We understand this may not work for everyone, and we do appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts with us.
