Js' Retreat, an amazing open plan, architect designed passive solar home at Flutes Estate in the Margaret River region of Western Australia, is centrally situated, equi-distant to Margaret River, Dunsborough and Busselton and a short 10 minute drive to Gracetown and its pristine beaches.

The property comprises four bedrooms - 2 of which have queen beds with ensuites, whilst the other 2 have twin king singles and share the third bathroom. This is an ideal house for two families or three / four couples to sleep comfortably.
