Look no further than this expansive beachfront home which has been thoughtfully set-up for families to spend time together and relax in comfort.
With breathtaking ocean views and just a hop across the road to the calm swimming water of Geographe Bay, PANORAMA will provide endless special memories.
Bring your bikes to make use of the pathway right at the front door or jump in the car to the Busselton Jetty only 5 minutes down the road.
If you want to discover more, Margaret River town centre is only 45 minutes away or 25 minutes to see the beauty of Dunsborough/Yallingup/Eagle Bay.

In total the home is 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets.

The whole home offers quality filtered water that has had all heavy metals, chlorine etc removed.
In the kitchen you can choose between filtered tap water, distilled water or reverse osmosis water that has been mineralised & alkalised (pristine bottled water at your fingertips!)

We also provide quality hotel grade linens that go through commercial cleaning & heat processing.

The ground floor consists of :
- Huge open plan living area consisting of lounge room, dining & kitchen
- Both the lounge room & dining room have smart TV’s & reverse cycle air conditioning
- Faux log gas fireplace
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher & Nespresso pod coffee machine, fridge/freezer, oven, stove-top, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots/pans, crockery & cutlery
- King size bedroom with robe & ceiling fan (off the loungeroom)
- A short hallway to the back of the house accesses a Queen Bedroom & another bedroom with 2 King Single beds. Both bedrooms have robes & ceiling fans
- A laundry with washing machine & dryer, separate toilet and main bathroom with shower & bathtub are also off the back hallway
- To the front of the home is a sitting area with an ocean view to relax & read or play board games with the kids
- Also to the front of the home is a bunk bedroom offering 2 x single beds and the master suite with King Bed, ceiling fan, robe and ensuite bathroom & toilet
- The staircase has a safety gate at the top & bottom
- Plenty of parking is provided over 2 driveways, secure parking can be managed through the garage door
- Wash off from the beach in the hot & cold outdoor shower
- 2 x kayaks, 2 kids kayaks
(guests accept risks & are responsible for their own use of equipment)
- Grassed backyard for the kids
- Table tennis in the outside sheltered play area

Other things to note -

-The CLEANING FEE CHARGE incurred in the pricing section is for supply of :

* Full Bath Linens included for the advertised amount of occupants
* Bedding & bed linen for the advertised amount of occupants
* Tea towels
* The property to be cleaned after your departure (we still ask that the home is left tidy so not to require extraordinary cleaning time)

* Our 'Basic Starter' package - these are STARTER essentials including tea/coffee/sugar/salt/pepper sachets, spray oil, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay. No other pantry items are provided.

- Beach towels are NOT included
- Blankets are made available at the home during colder months
-You can hire porta-cots (Kmart Travel Porta-cot) & high chairs from us for $10 per item. Please let us know upon your booking request if you require. Porta-cots do not come with a foam mattress insert or linen/bedding.
- Maximum number of occupants advertised cannot be exceeded at any time.
- Noise must be kept to a minimum with no disturbance to neighbors. No noise is permitted after 10pm.
