Every room at Wine Down is thoughtfully designed to capture the sweeping views of the crystal-clear turquoise waters, offering style, comfort, and unforgettable scenery.

Downstairs:
Games zone boasts a large space to relax or play, with a pool table, multiple couches, smart TV, and kitchenette with double door fridge. Leads directly out to the outdoor patio and plunge pool.

Two guest bedrooms offer a king bed, BIR, a/c and ceiling fan.

Main bathroom downstairs offers freestanding bathtub, frameless shower and w/c.

Separate powder room with w/c and sink.

Outdoor shower can be accessed from main bathroom or external side path.

Large functional laundry includes washing machine, ironing facilities, bench space and sink with clothes dryer in the garage.

A highlight of this home is the magnificent outdoor entertaining area that can be accessed from the games zone and hallway on the lower level of the home. Living zone offers expansive couch and smart TV, with gas fireplace.

Dining area includes 8-seater high table in prime spot to admire the ocean views.

The enormous and opulent Master Suite offers a king bed, smart TV, and a walk-through robe with luxe ensuite that provides a bathtub, shower and dual vanity with separate w/c. Also includes private balcony access, the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee watching the sunrise over the bay.

A spacious Guest Suite offers a king bed, built in robe, TV, and ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and w/c.
