The Space:
Designed to embrace its stunning vineyard setting, this contemporary retreat offers bright, open-plan living with expansive windows framing views across the vines and surrounding countryside. The central living area invites relaxed afternoons with comfortable seating, a TV and seamless indoor-outdoor flow to the covered timber deck, where alfresco dining, a BBQ, and plush lounge seating overlook the vineyard rows and rolling landscape beyond.
The well-equipped kitchen features generous bench space, modern appliances and everything needed for preparing meals at home, while the adjoining dining area creates a welcoming space to gather over breakfast before a day exploring the region or lingering dinners accompanied by local wines. Outside, expansive lawns and natural gardens provide plenty of space to unwind and reconnect with nature. Enjoy leisurely afternoons on the deck, gather around the fire pit beneath the stars or take in the peaceful surroundings as kangaroos, kookaburras and native birdlife regularly visit the property. Guests also have access to a shared community tennis court just a short walk away.
Three comfortable bedrooms accommodate families and groups with ease. The primary bedroom features a king bed, the second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom includes three single beds, making the home well suited to a range of group configurations. The two modern bathrooms add convenience to your stay, with one featuring a bath and separate shower. Laundry facilities and ample on-site parking, including a carport, are also provided for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.
Note that the house across the road is under constrution which may potentially cause some noise during working hours.
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the home, decks, gardens and fire pit area throughout their stay. A shared community tennis court is available nearby for guest use. The neighbouring winery and café operate independently and can be enjoyed during their opening hours.

Smiths Beach and the renowned Lamont’s Restaurant are just 8 minutes away, while Yallingup's beaches, surf breaks, cafés and pub can be reached in around 12 minutes. Dunsborough is a 15-minute drive for boutique shopping, waterfront dining and everyday conveniences, while Busselton and its iconic jetty are approximately 30 minutes away. Beyond the coastline, discover some of Western Australia's most celebrated wineries, breweries, olive groves, chocolate makers and artisan producers. Explore ancient cave systems, scenic walking trails and national parks, or spend your days uncovering secluded coves, world-class surf beaches and galleries showcasing local artists.

Quiet Hours & Noise Complaints:
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:00pm in line with local regulations.
We kindly ask all guests to respect the property and surrounding neighbours during their stay. Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in the forfeit of your bond and/or possible immediate eviction from the property.
School Leavers:
We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Telstra is the best and sometimes only mobile service available. We have a Telstra signal booster in the house and high-speed internet, so data calls may be the best option.
