"Kleine Auszeit" Vacation Apartment in a North Sea Resort—Close to the Beach and the North Sea, Infrared Sauna

The “Kleine Auszeit” vacation rental truly lives up to its name: Here you’ll find the perfect place to leave everyday life behind, take a deep breath, and enjoy the North Sea to the fullest. This modern, high-quality apartment at the Nordsee Resort Büsum offers approximately 80 m² of space and everything you need for a relaxing vacation for up to 4 people. Whether you’re traveling with family, friends, or simply looking for a restful getaway—a stylish temporary home awaits you here, offering plenty of comfort and a cozy atmosphere.

The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living and dining area, whose friendly and inviting design instantly sets a vacation mood. Here you can eat together, relax, or simply enjoy spending time with one another. The apartment really shows off its special charm during the colder months: The fireplace provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere where you can really settle in on the sofa after a walk in the fresh North Sea air. The smart TV ensures great entertainment and cozy evenings. In addition, the infrared sauna in the bathroom and the fireplace together offer a wonderful combination of comfort for chilly days—perfect for warming up after braving the wind and weather.

The two bedrooms are cozy retreats and, with their blackout curtains, ensure restful nights. One bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed featuring a full-length mattress, while the other has two single beds—ideal for families or friends traveling together. This provides the perfect conditions for a relaxed and restful night’s sleep.

The modern bathroom isn’t just functional—it also offers an extra touch of wellness with its infrared sauna. Here, after an eventful day of vacation or a long walk, you can treat yourself to a soothing break and let your mind wander.

The vacation rental is located on the upper floor and offers direct access to the furnished balcony from the living room. Here, you can enjoy the sun, breathe in the fresh North Sea air, or start the day in a completely relaxed way with a good breakfast. This makes the balcony a wonderful spot for quiet moments and little breaks outdoors.

The location is also a highlight: Perlebucht is just a few minutes’ walk away and invites you to enjoy relaxing days at the beach, walks, and pleasant hours by the water. Families will especially love the new, modern playground in the heart of the resort, where little guests can play to their heart’s content.

The house comes with a free parking space, offering you added convenience. The private shed is also particularly convenient, allowing you to store bicycles or water sports equipment safely and easily.

For even more vacation fun, games are available in the apartment, along with a scooter and a handcart—perfect for families and leisurely outings.

If you’d like to spend your North Sea vacation with the whole family or with friends, the property management can, upon request, arrange for a combination of two adjacent vacation apartments.

The “Kleine Auszeit” is thus the perfect place for a relaxing vacation by the North Sea—in the summer with a balcony and proximity to Perlebucht, and in the colder months with a fireplace and sauna for a soothing, feel-good experience.
