Lage Top, Haus mit kleinen Mängeln

Ein Minibackofen ist nicht vorhanden und die Bodenleisten in der Küche sollten befestigt werden. Bei der Dusche sollte auch einiges gemacht werden, kalt oder heiß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super. Schlüsselübergabe top. Lage top. Gerne wieder wenn die Mängel behoben wurden.

Wir hatten das Haus für vier Tage gemietet. Die Einrichtung war in Ordnung, und für ein paar Tage war es auszuhalten, aber das Ferienhaus ist wirklich renovierungsbedürftig; - die Moskitonetze sind an einigen Fenstern großflächig eingerissen, - der Sonnenschirm ist defekt, - die Dielen im Aufgang zur Veranda sind gefährlich verzogen und instabil, - Wände sind teils notdürftig ausgebessert, um Flecken zu verbergen, - Haustüre schließt sehr schwer, - die Armaturen im Duschbereich und in der Küche sind locker, - Warmwasserbereitung reicht nicht einmal für die Dusche einer Person. Weiterhin sind die Kosten für die Endreinigung mit 60 € zu hoch.
