“Our stay here was wonderful. Everything was just as it was described. It was clean and had everything we needed. The owner was always quick to respond when I had any questions. We stayed here when we did a college visit. If my daughter decides Grove City College is where she wants to go we will definitely be looking here first as our place to stay when visiting.”

“Met up for a reunion weekend with a couple of friends from college. The property is in a great location and easily walkable to restaurants, coffee, and bars. Check-in and check-out were a breeze and the house was spacious and clean. Would recommend for a family with children or a get together with friends”

“Matt was very communicative when we had questions. We just have two suggestions. 1. That entry door is no beuno! Felt like the dead lock opened but the handle lock didn’t. 2. Desperately needs lighting in kitchen and dining room thank goodness for the time change and we had light longer. It would be more helpful if you had a physical notebook of instructions, suggestions like You can walk to Arsenal Park with kiddos, and menus of nearby restaurants. Lastly, while we have a resident parking……

“This house was perfect for our weekend stay for the Steelers game. It is just a few miles drive to the stadium. There is a large variety of restaurants close by. The house was clean and comfortable and well stocked with whatever you may need for your stay.”

“Very spacious, lots of seating, large kitchen and bedrooms were perfect. Outdoor area was great, private, nice porch area, lots of property to walk about, beautiful evenings around the bonfire!!! Highly recommend, we would absolutely stay here again. Thank you”

“Two Families. 12 adults. Weekend stay for Pittsburgh Steelers game. We fit comfortably in the house. Plenty of room. Host was very receptive and responded to all my texts in less than 24 hours. He was also very accommodating. He made sure we had enough chairs for us to all fit around the table for dinner and card games as per our request. The location was perfect for us. We were able to walk to local pub/restaurants as well as to the game. Less than 30 minute walk to Acrisure Stadium. ”

It is close to the highway but it’s really no big deal. We didn’t notice the noise. The first floor bedroom and full bath was great for my parents. Steps up to the house but not a big deal.
