“From the moment we approached the front entrance, a staff member rushed to the door to assist us, as my husband was in a wheelchair. They assisted us with our luggage and directed us to check in. The person checking us in Check was very friendly and promptly had us on our way to the room. Breakfast was included and we were pleasantly surprised with their great selection, including freshly made pancakes in-less than a minute, not to mention the coffee was very good. I highly recommend this……

“It was like the 60s with actual key to open the door it had windows that opened or seemed to Sounded like they should have been locked all the way but didnt. the heat didnt work there was a window air conditioner up in a window that you could hear the outside .which you could hear from the bathroom window as well It was like a window from a horror movie that you tried to get out of and were killed half way out. The whole bathroom was way outdated as well as the whole room it wasnt like……

“Room was good. Sink didn't drain well. Shower was rough working. Service is awful. 3 weeks out and still waiting for a refund from overcharge. Booked and paid online through a 3rd party. Then I get to the hotel and the clerk charged my card again for the same amount. Have tried several times making contact with hotel, with no luck. Reached out to corporate, they told me to email the info over and somebody should be in contact with me. Still no luck. Sad. Knew I never should have given this place……

“The hotel is the vicinity of Grafton town. I feel very convenient as it is close to my company by only taking 10 mins ride. The hotel suite is so big, clean, tidy and confortable. Free wi-fi internet connection is provided, convenient for business traveler. However, the comparatively slow speed of Internet acces in that hotel should be improved. And the room along the highway seems a little bit noisy.”

“Everything was great besides i just dont understand why people need to smoke pot in rooms. I smelt it. All people dont want to smell it. Rooms are non smoking why do they get away with it”

“Newly renovated rooms with mattresses so new, they still have the plastic on them!! Go here, and go here QUICK. EVERYTHING is clean, it shares a parking lot with Culver’s, and the rooms are big enough to host all your relatives in! My top praise is for Karen the 80 year old breakfast attendant! She is an 18 year employee and whips up simply the best meals with a lovely smile and is so kind I want her to join me at every breakfast! THANK YOU COMFORT INN”

“I think the hotel may have been just a few years old. The shower stream was still powerful. The room was big and comfortable, and there were two TVs. The complimentary breakfast was just ok. The lady who checked us in was quite cool and nice. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. ”

“We arrived one hour before checking time, there is no storage room for guest luggage, we have to pay early check-in fee for one hour. There is no flexibility. The fare I paid includes breakfast, but hotel only provide very simple breakfast set for pickup, one muffin one apple juice and one yogurt only which is far from my expectation. Overall it is a fair hotel, don't expect too much.”
