“Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.”

“Really enjoyed the stay there , it was very relaxing. I loved that we were able to run to town in just minutes away from the place . It was very quite and peaceful just what we needed. The host was right on top of our needs right away. We will be coming back again.”

“This a a cute and cozy place in a good location. Simple, no frills. No TV and a quiet neighborhood makes for a peaceful stay. I don’t recall that the bed size is on the listing. It’s a queen. The small bathroom and shower were fine for us but would not be a good fit if you’re a big person.Easy parking right by the entry. I rated check-in 4 stars because the check-in instructions came a little later than ideal so it took me awhile to find my way. Once I had the info the check-in was smooth.……

“Well. this place was a pleasant gem. The Host, the home....excellent. I would stay here again. Queen bed was comfy, great bedding and pillows. Cute decor. Coffee and creamer on site, with flavors. That really was a #1 thing for me. TV with fun channels was perfect to relax. Couch is comfy (1 more soft pillow please!) with soft blanket. Tub/shower was perfect. Shamp/Cond and soap available. Washer/Dryer on site. Loved being able to move the TV. Floor to length mirror so I could see how cute I……

“Extremely comfortable and beautiful place to stay! So perfect for a trip to the Yuba!”

“The property was clean, nicely decorated with beautiful dish sets and unexpected extras such as an iron, hair straightener, blow dryer, ice ready to use in the freezer and plenty of towels.”

“Yes, everything was very nice.”

“Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!”

“Great location, very comfortable.”

“We enjoyed our stay, the location and view was amazing. Easy ck in, easy ck out. Chelsea was great. The only problem I had was the comfort of the furniture. My son and I stayed 4 days, he is 6'2", therefore I had to use the guest room, with a twin trundle bed, as it was way too short for him. The primary room bed was comfortable. The trundle bed is not. I would suggest putting a comfortable larger guest bed in that room that is for an adult. The L shaped sofa is comfortable on top, but way too……

“We had a great time staying with Jesse! The location is prime and has a great view of the town. The room is stocked with the essentials and was perfectly clean. I would love to come back again!”

“:) great place to get away and relax.”

“Great place very friendly host”

“A very convenient spot for folks visiting or doing business in Paradise.”

“The location of the cabin was in close proximity to all of the 4th of July festivities. Since we had never stayed there, we had assumed the cabin was a bit more isolated as shown in the pictures. That was not the case. There were other cabins and RV's in very close proximity, which meant lots of people, cars, 4x4's, dogs, etc. We were OK with that since we were there to celebrate the 4th of July weekend.Upon exiting our car (which was parked directly in front of the cabin), I stepped……

“Excellent small property, perfect escape right off of Pentz road, great access to Oroville and Chico. It was the perfect break for me. The neighbors were very nice. The bed was almost too comfortable, no complaints just appreciation.”
