The cleanliness of the property was extremely poor. There was visible dust throughout the premises—not just in the common areas, but also inside the room itself. The bed, furniture surfaces, and especially the AC vents were covered in dust, indicating a serious lack of proper cleaning and maintenance. This created an uncomfortable and unhealthy environment, making it clear that cleanliness is not a priority at this location.

Beds were old, only 1 towel in the room with no phone, hair dryer, no shampoo, no vending machine. Noisy and hotel very run down. Asked for extra pillow, never recieved. Breakfast was a joke, the wafflemaker kept tripping breaker so couldn't use. Juice machine not working, only 2 small yogurts, stale bread for toast. Whole experience was terrible.

It was incomplete and cheap. The towels didn't match. The pillows were horrible, extremely uncomfortable. The breakfast had oatmeal, yogurt and no spoons!

Absolutely awful. We ended up not staying and the hotel would not refund us our stay, even for the nights after… we had booked 3 nights! Absolutely unacceptable!!! How is it ok to charge for nights not stayed. The hotel was disgusting, stain on the bed spread torn sheets, missing smoke detector. The list can go on. Also the staff was rude! And not refunding for at least 2 of the nights? Wow! I recommend finding absolutely anywhere else to stay.

The room was clean and free of cigarette smell. However all the hallways reeked of cigarette smell that appeared to come from the front office and nearby room that had its door propped open. Also, the guest above me stomped on the floors way past 11pm and made it fifficult to sleep.

I booked a Queen, was given a double. Inside the building smelled of cigarettes, however the room did not. There was not a typical PTAC unit in the room like most hotels/motels, it was central air but room controlled. It did work and we stayed cool all night. The room was very small and not like the picture online at all. It was mostly clean. The shower was nice and big, pretty good water pressure. The soap, shampoo, conditioner was of decent quality. They have a nice walkway around the building, but there is a sign that dogs are not allowed to “potty” anywhere besides the sad looking pet park they have which was put together with chicken wire. Breakfast and coffee was below average. If I had read reviews before booking I would not have stayed here; but car was safe in the lot, we got a good nights rest, and didn’t get bed bugs!

Great spot for me and my kids to stop on our way to vacation. Quick check in and the staff was so friendly. Our room was just as pictured. Looks like they are improving the exterior but everything still looks great! Would absolutely stay here again.

The bed was the best part. So comfortable. Looks like they use the same rag to clean the whole motel . Streaky film on mirrors. Need to sweep and mop floors. It sufficed but would not stay again

Very small room. One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 2 days. No tissues. Smelled like cigarettes in the hall and lobby and eventually in our room. 2 towels for a booked three people. Some of this could have been addressed but should have been prepared since it was a reservation. Paper thin walls. AC worked.

We didn’t expect much for the price and based on previous ratings but we arrived to our room and the sheets, towel and bathroom sink were dirty. Housekeeping was not available so we had to make our own bed. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. Gone are the days of a cheap hotel being decent.

We were asleep and forgot to engage the safety latch. A staff member opened our door , turned on the light and demanded to know who we were and when we checked in. We also went for an early morning walk and came back to find our room key didn't work. When I went to the desk to complain the same staff member was rude and threatened to not activate the key even though all our things were in the room. Worst hotel experience ever.
