"Die Wohnung an sich ist wirklich super schön und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ließ die Sauberkeit sehr zu wünschen übrig...auf der Lampe über dem Esstisch hatte bereits die Vorgänger "Sau" auf den verstaubten Lampen schirm geschrieben, der Aschenbecher auf der Terrasse war nicht geleert, auf dem Sofa waren Hundehaare, in den Ecken Spinnweben und auf der Bank in der Küche war die Oberfläche noch beschmiert. "Hotel was very clean and conveniently located in very nice part of the city. Staff were very kind and the rooms were excellent. Also one of the few places in Germany with AC. Price point was great definitely will stay here again ."

"The room was very spacious, modern and clean! Staff were very helpful when i attempted an early check in, but were only available by whatsapp or email. There is no "lobby" or area to sit prior to room being ready, or restaurant. Something to think about if you are arriving early after a long overnight flight. Great amenities in the room! An easy 5 minute walk to the Hbf area which has shops and transport. Street is a bit sketch but I felt OK as a solo female traveler. I would stay here again!"

"The property sends the checkin info via a link to Expedia message box. However Expedia app doesn’t allow links apparently so you can not follow the link to the checkin site. Fortunately I have my laptop so could login to the Expedia website and follow the link. If I didn’t have the laptop it would have been very hard to do the checkin. There is nobody at the property to help, no reception or front desk or anybody. It is all based on the code that is supposed to be sent you after finishing a lengthy check in process that requires uploading documents and taking photos. It would have been much easier to have the link sent as text with the explicit url to copy and paste from Expedia messages in the app. "
