“Don’t ever visit this place. Check in was not smooth. My partner got locked in the room for more than 40 mins due to the jammed lock which made us delay to our bookings in our tour. Again, they blamed us for the situation when we asked for the room change for very reason. Due to rush I didn’t check the other room properly when I changed it, which cost me at the end when we were trying to check out. They accused of us breaking the tv stand and charged us extra 50 dollars and again this made us……

“A pure disappointment—to be honest, I can't understand how this hotel is still open.
1. The rooms only have nightlights in both the bathroom and the bedroom instead of standard lighting. The lack of sufficient light in the bathroom is a safety hazard in itself. What if someone slips?
2. The carpets are extremely dirty—I'm sorry, but I can't find a more fitting word. There is paint on the carpet, and it smells terrible.
3. Seriously, charging guests for bottles of water? I really don't think……

“The location of Rainbow Motor Inn is good but rooms are not acceptable. First, the door can’t locked well. The lock seems broken. Second, TV is not working and air conditioner is noisy but even not cooler enough. Third, the room is not clean and bathroom is very dirty. Forth, the staffs are not friendly. Fifth, and the most ridiculous part is they don’t keep baggage for me because they said they are full booked, there is no room to keep it!!!!!!!! I will not stay in Rainbow Motor Inn……
