Fantastic Getaway

My husband and I had an absolute fabulous time staying in this beachfront condo. Our host, Matthew, was wonderful and very responsive with any questions I had before or during our trip. We normally stay in Hatteras Village but this place has made us fall in love with Buxton.

Best VRBO host

We had a wonderful stay. Matthew was super helpful and very friendly. The location was great with just a short walk along the beach to the lighthouse. The condo was perfect with a nice open floor plan and a great balcony.

Another great stay

We have been coming to this location for a number of years. It's an amazing location - and the unit has everything we need. The owner, Matthew, communicates really well ahead of time about location and access and is responsive to any questions during the stay. Love this place!

Best of the Beach

The property was ideally placed for enjoying the OBX beaches. The property was clean and comfortable and the amenities were good. The property manager was friendly and very helpful. My wife and I spent two wonderful weeks enjoying our vacation. This is one of the best rental properties we have ever enjoyed. The two weeks of sunny weather in mid-June made the whole vacation perfect. This beach front property has a wonderful deck for relaxing and viewing the beautiful ocean view.

Dirty Drum Fishermen

The house was wonderfully located. I didn't realize i was going to enjoy falling asleep to the sound of the ocean so much. The house was clean, and well appointed. The pillows were super comfy too. Though we never did, the prospect of fishing just in front of the house was attractive too. We'll definitely book again.

Couldn’t ask for a better location!

Everything at this property was just as described. The communication with the property owner was excellent. Our only suggestion would be to replace the blinds in living room. When we were inside we couldn’t open the blinds to enjoy the gorgeous view.

This property was great. Just as advertised. The view was amazing. Matt, the owner, was great and answered all of our questions. We would definitely stay there again if we come back to the area. Very clean, too.

Super location. The balcony was our sweet spot listening and watching the waves roll in! Unbelievab

Loved the location and restaurants. The ocean was mesmerizing as we sat each morning and evening enjoying every wave. The dark skies lit up with numerous bright stars. Matt told us about his burger restaurant Bros so we tried it and were not disappointed! Best burger is months! Staff amazing and helpful. We will be back!

Great vacation for 2!

The view was beautiful. We enjoyed the sunrises over the ocean and dinners out on the deck. The walk to the beach was the shortest we ever had! It was the perfect place for my husband and me!

Right on the beach

The beach is literally steps away. The large deck has a fabulous view of the ocean. The unit is quite comfortable. The kitchen was ideal for us, as we ate all our meals in. We appreciated the outdoor shower to rinse off, and access to a washer and dryer. The Cape Hatteras lighthouse is about a 10 minute walk south of the unit. All in all we had a great stay.
