「I had organised to arrive after official check in hours, and the arrangements worked perfectly. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had reasonably quiet customer controllable air conditioning. The room was very clean. 「Facilities and service were all outstanding. They upgraded our room upon arrival and were able to accommodate last-minute dinner and spa reservations. Only downside was that our itinerary just allowed us to stay one night. We will have to stay at least a few days on our next visit. Highly recommended.」
