Great stay! We’ve stayed here 2 times before and love it. Amenities are beautiful. Very exclusive and quiet for a romantic stay or just a quiet time in a high class resort. Staff, once again, are very young and with a high turnover, showing inexperience not proactive. If you are by the pool, no one offers anything, you have to hunt the staff, as if they were too shy and hiding from work. But my family and I would return it for sure!

Excelente estadia! Muito bacana o local. A única coisa que tenho a acrescentar é os valores taxa de serviço que eles adicionam no final da estadia. Todos que estavam fazendo o check out na mesma hora que eu, reclamaram. Valor bem expressivo.

Expectativa frustada

Apesar das ótimas instalações do Resort, o atendimento da recepção precisa melhorar pois ao chegar as 12:30 no hotel, fui informado que o checkin seria realizado apenas as 15:30, o que entendi imediatamente. Fui ao restaurante da piscina e lá permaneci, aguardando o contato que me informaram que ocorreria por WhatsApp. As 14:45 retornei à recepção e me informaram que o quarto ainda não estava pronto. Segui aguardando pacientemente de forma absurda até as 17:00 (lembrando que cheguei as 12:30), quando retornei e me informaram que o quarto já estava pronto algum tempo. Ou seja, absoluta falta de consideração com o hospede, falta de organização e comunicação entre os funcionários, pois igualmente já havia informado no bar que estava aguardando o quarto desde o momento que lá cheguei. Não esperava um tratamento assim de um resort que se propõe a entregar um serviço de alto nível na região.

Fiquei 4 dias. Tudo bonito mas meu quarto cheirava esgoto, tive que pedir para ver o que estava acontecendo. Com relação atendimento pessimo, todos ficam na piscina e não vai ninguém atender, quando atende demora demais … muito burocrático. Cardápio do Bar o mesmo do restaurante.. tudo perfeito, mas para o BAR deveria ter coisa de petiscos que não tem. Enfim, não voltaria pelo valor cobrado proporcional ao conjunto de expectativas frustrantes

Excelente ! Atendimento ótimo , Estácio no bar da piscina e Enzo no jantar ! Agustina na Recepção mto solicitada e educada ! Equipe da brinquedoteca ótima tb , minha filha adorou ! Hotel em obras e não avisaram! Sem sauna!

O hotel está fazendo obras de expansão, então não está funcionando a área do spa ( fizeram uma sala de massagem improvisada) está sem sauna. A carta de vinhos é pobre e vários vinhos custo benéfico estavam em falta. Falta petiscos interessantes para servir na área da piscina. Café da manhã é excelente! Apartamentos amplos e confortáveis.

Amei apesar de alguns inconvenientes

Tive uma experiência excelente no hotel! Funcionários muito simpáticos e solícitos, preocupados com o seu bem estar. Hotel lindo, com banheiro e cama muito confortáveis. Atendimento excelente. O único negativo é que está em reforma de expansão e o barulho de obra é muito grande até o final do tarde, além disso meu lençol estava sujo e só vi na hora de dormir… o funcionário da recepção foi muito atencioso e preocupado em resolver da melhor maneira, mas não havia mais serviço nenhum de arrumação no hotel, o que fez com que eu mesma e o funcionário da recepção tivéssemos que fazer a arrumação da cama com novos lençóis limpos, sozinhos, o que não combina com o padrão que o hotel vende aos hóspedes. UN SUEÑO DE HOTEL

Una experiencia única! Sin duda el mejor hotel de Buzios y probablemente de los mejores de Brasil. He estado en Fasano SP y Fasano Angra, y no se comparan con este hotel. Personal atento y amable, habitaciones amplias, de lujo y el entorno es inigualable!

EXCELENTE!

Un sueño de hotel! Una experiencia increíble, el personal siempre muy amable y atento, el lugar es espectacular y su arquitectura muy cuidada y minimalista. Desayuno muy completo, habitación amplia, piscina, playa, todo de lujo! 100% recomendado!
