"Clean rooms"

"I was booked for 3 nights. The first night the people next door were arguing (walls are very thin)and kids were running around the cars until midnight. Went to the office the following morning and was told they had left. Night two same people in the room next to mine playing video games until 2AM. I did not stay the 3rd night and lost the money I had paid. Unfortunately the walls are so thin you can hear everything in the room next door."

"Overall we had an amazing experience! Rachel, our waitress at Landshark restaurant was our first impression of the resort since we arrived early and had lunch to kill some time. Let me just say, she was beyond perfection! That girl's customer service abilities were top knotch! She is meant for management! A manager came to our table as well and even checked on our reservation for us at the front desk while we ate; in hopes we could check in early! We were very impressed with her doing that for us! When we went to check in, there was a man working the front desk (young, blonde gentleman) who seemed to be annoyed when his manager (a delightful woman with long black hair) or anyone for that matter that talked to him. He was young so you don’t expect perfection, but again…Rachel in the restaurant was also young and she absolutely crushed her customer service skills! He just wasn’t personable. Some people are just not meant for hospitality jobs l guess, but hopefully this was just an off day….we all have those! My only other complaint was the lifeguards…I get that it is probably not fun (or well paid) to sit by a loud pool all day, but I’d say 4 out of 6 of the lifeguards we saw looked MISERABLE the whole time we were there;just MEAN MUGGIN! The cleaning staff however were so friendly and pleasant-not only did they say hello but they would thank us for visiting…and they weren’t even taking care of OUR rooms. We truly enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this hotel to friends."

"Our room was huge and had a comforatble bed. It looked recently renovated and was clean. The bed was comfortable. It was a rainy cold day so I asked for an extra blanket. I was given the blanket and offered a space heater which was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, pizza and sub shops, and the supermarket and ferry."

"We loved the view of the ocean! Staff needs to listen to the customers and not repeat themselves as much as they did about smoking on the property! And the cologne smell in the hotel was very strong and a little too much! Other than that rooms were spacious and clean and it was a great place to stay!! I would definitely recommend going to it and staying again for sure!!"

"Showers were not user friendly ! We were on the first floor and there was quite a bit of noise above our room! Otherwise it was a very nice experience!"
