Hotel - położenie bardzo dobre. Duży strzeżony parking - płatny. Bardzo miła obsługa recepcji oraz pokojówek. Bardzo czysto. Śniadanie - bardzo urozmaicone, świeżo wyciskane soki. Co było nie tak : serwis restauracyjny oraz dania restauracyjne - Poniżej 1*.

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta kohteliasta ja iloista. Söimme pariin otteeseen hotellin ravintolassa ja annokset olivat herkullisia. Huone oli siisti ja mikä huomionarvoista, ilmastointi todella toimi loistavasti. Huoneen sai viileäksi tosi nopeasti. Vuode oli meille juuri sopivan pehmoinen. Ainoa moite tulee minibaari lämpötilasta, joka oli kaukana viileästä. Sijainti oli aivan loistava vanhankaupungin kupeessa. Yövyimme täällä 3 yötä. Voimme lämpimästi suositella tätä muillekin matkaajille.

Très bon emplacement près de plusieurs services. Excellent déjeuner et choix pour le buffet (rapport qualité / prix). Parking disponible mais un peu dispendieux. Gym approprié.

Family Roots Visit
Large room, comfortable,warm, plenty of hot water. Not a great view of a very uninspiring inner courtyard. Staff were excellent, very helpful and with a smile on their faces. A lot of trainee staff but service still excellent and good to see that young people want to work in the hospitality industry

Front desk staff was very friendly. The bar up front and the lounge next to it had a cool vibe. The gym was surprisingly well appointed considering the small size of the hotel. The main road out front is very busy. Call the hotel ahead of time and ask where and how to pull into the hotel's parking, otherwise access and parking is challenging. It will cost, but is worth it.

Will not come back
Accor hotels can be a bit of hit and miss, this one unfortunately one of the latter type. But where do I start? Reception staff at check in was a bit too cool for school (but remainder was all nice). The room was oldish, carpet rather used. The hall way also had this old stainy/smelly carpet. I found there was a not so nice smell in my room, I suspect it was a smokers room in the old days. I‘ve let reception know the next day and they said they‘ll have cleaning look into it. When it got back that that it smelled better, but after a day or so the smell came back. I was airing like I never have in a hotel. The safe also did not work, and I told staff next morning, who was going to send someone. I wasn’t contacted so when I got back in the evening, I assumed it was fixed but it wasn’t. When I asked reception the next day about it, I was told they had looked into and that it works I would just have to type six digits. The instruction on the safe said 3-6 digits. Duh. There were three hairs in the shower, which did not leave me with a feeling of much cleanliness. I also had to ask reception about where the sauna is, as there was no signage. As I did that on the first day, I was informed I’d have to let them know 30 min in advance so they can turn on the sauna (I mean, who wants to have to do that in the first place…). So when I came home on my last night I asked for the sauna, and reception informed me the earliest I could use it would be 9pm!!! Because it was booked out by others

Hotellrummet höll i princip sin standard trots hårda kuddar, dock fanns det några problem som orsakade missnöjet. Det första var att hitta hotellparkeringen, skylten är lätt att missa. Det andra problemet var att på gatan hotellet ligger fanns INGET ÖVERGÅNGSSTÄLLE, man fick springa bland bilarna… då trafiken var i full fart. Den tredje och största nackdelen var att det luktade extremt mycket cigarrettrök på korridoren.

Average service
Nice hotel but the service wasn’t great. I was there on a working trip, my room was the far side of the hotel which the wifi did not reach. When I asked to move, I was told that was not possible. This made working difficult from the lobby.

Nice hotel in close proximity to the city center.
Great hotel to stay if you are traveling solo or with family to Bydgoszcz. The staff is very friendly and the hotel in general has a nice ambience. It is clean and well located. Parking is paid but it is available on site.
