Obwohl wir das Kingzimmer hatten war es eine Katastrophe. Alles dreckig und kaputt. Im Bett hatte es irgendwelche Bettwanzen. Geld für nichts ausgegeben.

Hi and thanks for your review. We do find that music helps us to create at atmosphere for our guests and this is why we play it. If you pop down to reception however we can happily turn it down in reception to help you. Cheers, Nomads

Was really lucky to be given an upgrade to my own room by Jordan. The noise was a bit loud on weekends due to the pub next door and people shouting while drunk in the corridors

Good : kind staffs, location, good party programs Bad : jammed washstand.., cranky sound on bed, not enough breakfast(lack of breads and milk..), not cool air condition, they don't use card key but there is app on Google store.

Would definitely recommend!
Was there 4 nights, great location just minutes from everything! Lovely air con and brilliant WiFi, clean crisp white sheets and thorough housekeeping staff. Lots of events, free food or cheap food of an evening on offer, free breakfast - loved my stay here!

Great location... Wait to check in is ridiculous only 1 staff member... Amenities need a fix up and clean more often with so many people using it...

We are a very busy hostel but have over 5 staff on during peak check-in times and do apologize if this was not the case on your arrival. We have a self check-in service to alleviate the stress on reception and we encourage all of our new arrivals to use this service. Thanks again!

Perfekt plassering! Men rengjøring må forbedres..
Da vi først ankom møtte vi en klynge av maur på rommet, bak gardinene og i sengen. Hotellrommet i seg selv var veldig skittent, men vi gikk ned og fikk byttet rom med en gang. Det nye rommet var mye bedre, men igjen - hybelkaniner over alt.. rengjøringen kan definitivt (!!!) forbedres. Sett bort i fra det var området helt perfekt! De ansatte var også super hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Med minus av rengjøring var resten helt topp! Var litt kjipt å måtte betale for wi-fi på rommet, men det var felles i lobbyen heldigvis.

Check in was slow, machines didn’t recognise our booking code, queued to see the one girl available. You get a code number to open your room door. We had a delux room with bathroom. It was not worth the money we paid. Basic with stained quilt, air con that barely worked. After first day the code stopped working so we were up and down to have it reset. Location is good but apart from that if you are not a young traveller I wouldn’t stay here again

when marcus came to check in. there was no rooms even if it was confirmed by hotels.com

ビーチや主要観光地から近く、隣にスーパーかあり便利。キッチン設備が充実していて、女性専用シャワー室も広く清潔で、バッパーには最適だと感じた。毎晩テラスでパーティーがあり、音楽が夜中まで響き賑やかではあるが、長く滞在するには疲れが取れないという難点も有るかと感じた。スタッフの対応は、日本人の視点からみるとあまり丁寧ではない。

My sister and I checked in around 11pm (long after room cleaning is completed) to find that our private room hasn’t been cleaned since the last person used the room. Old used sheets, dirty socks on the ground. Not sure if vacuuming is a part of hostel room cleaning but that certainly wasn’t done. I was able to let that slide until I woke up the next morning and heard something moving in the bed area. The sheets sounded like they were sliding but nothing was hanging off the bed. I thought I was losing it until my sister and I saw the side of the bed moving and the white sheet on top moving with it. We tore the sheets off to make sure whatever living thing this was wasn’t within the sheets and was in the actual mattress. I have no idea what it was but I do know that I slept in that bed all night unknowingly! We told reception and a woman came up to our room to try and see it for herself. Of course the thing didn’t move but she took us downstairs and changed our room for us at my request. I doubt they truly took the situation seriously in terms of removing the bed from the room but I’m quite positive not every guest would have handled that as calmly as I did. Felt super gross there for the rest of my stay.

Hi Amy, thanks for taking a moment to leave the hostel a review. We take all matters like this seriously and as you mentioned were able to upgrade you to a brand new room free of charge. We had our maintenance team pull open the mattress to check if there was anything but were unable to find any animals or indication that anything had been inside. Sorry that you got a fright and it wrecked your stay with us! We hope you enjoy the rest of your trip in Australia and no more incidents with critters : ) Safe Travels.

Good location but could of been better
The complex didn’t have a big or good enough area for parking my car for drop off and unloading and the one only lift was not working. They ran out of room cards , so we had to use a pass code ( which was problematic at best) for the first day and then only got one room card . We didn’t get room service or clean towels on the Saturday ☹️

Hello Kevin, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're sorry to hear you couldnt find a suitable place to park your car. We have an elevator down to the carpark which may help you next time or you can temporarily double park at the front entrance. Apologies for the problems with your key's, over the weekend we were fully booked and unfortunately discovered we were low on key cards. As a hostel we dont offer room service but are more than happy to do what we can if we are made aware. Did you ask reception to have your room turned down? I loved staying at nomads, the staff were all friendly, helpful and totally approachable. My only disappointment was that the spas were not working at the time of my stay and that was one of the reasons i chose nomads other other potential accommodations.

Preisleistund ist ok
Gute Lage, angenehme Betten, jedoch ein bisschen instabil. Küche war während des Aufenthalts sehr schmutzig und die Kühlschränke standen teilweise im Kondenswasser und hatten einen übeln Geruch.

It wasn't bad! It was very bare bones. The front desk was very helpful with booking additional trips and so on. This is definitely a party hostel, so be ready for that. Other than that it was normal. Nothing out of the ordinary in a good way or a bad way.

I have never stayed in a hostel before and I had heard a lot of mixed reviews....but Nomads was excellent all staff were very helpful and everything was clean. Everything is within walking distance. Will definitely stay there again!!

Loved it!
Perfect location! So close to the beach, shops, Aldi everything you need! Majority of the reception staff were very helpful, we had a situation with another backpacker where we wanted to move rooms and this was sorted very quickly and without any fuss! Hotel is very clean, bathrooms are excellent, kitchen is also good (busy at times - but was expected). Large communal area, games room etc, Downside - have to pay for wifi

Terrible Stay
Good location but the room is terrible. Stayed in a private ensuite room. The lights were dim, and room was dirty and dusty. The black-coloured furniture and carpet make the situation worse. Carpet obviously was not cleaned or vacuumed for a long time. Many bugs and cockroaches in the room. Will never stay here again!

The hostel is very good and new. The mattress was not so comfy and also too noise, which disturbed my sleep during the night. The bathroom was good but also not too clean. The location is perfect!

Bra hostel för backpackers då det nästan endast bodde backpackers här. Bra läge med nära till stranden. Frukosten var ett skämt då det var lite flingor och toast som var slut över en halvtimme innan frukosten var över. Dessutom fanns inga rena tallrikar. Rummet var ok och det egna badrummet var helt ok. Hyr inte cyklarna på hostellet! De hade punka, stödhjulet gick inte att ta upp och bromsarna funkade knappt. Rekommenderas inte! Wifiet funkade endast i receptionen men knappt där, det var jättesegt samt att de bytade lösenord varje dag utan att säga till.

Otroligt bra standard, läget är perfekt då man befinner sig centralt. Personalen vart trevliga och hjälpsamma. Ända negativa är incheckningen vid 14, men gratis frullen jämnar ut de! 👌

I stayed over the Easter weekend. Bed bugs in the bedding. Checked in new people into the dorm at 3am to wake everyone up. Worst experience ever.
