The hotel staff provided great service by helping us arrange water taxis, day trips to Murano and Burano and Gondola trips, all at our convenience and reasonable prices. “Every single staff member, particularly the lady at the front who also prepares breakfast every morning, was beyond AMAZING! They made my very first trip in Italy one and only and unforgettable. And I would happily leave five stars on breakfast; pastries, croissants, protein, fruits, and lovely cappuccino she makes for us were all so so good! I am so glad I decided to stay at this wonderful hotel and will definitely come back here next time visiting Venice again!!”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. Our room was beautiful, quiet and comfortable. Their breakfast had many delicious options and seating in both the garden and lovely, flower-filled dining area. The staff were very helpful & friendly, going above and beyond with recommendations and even lent us an umbrella for the afternoon. The hotel has an afternoon tea, which was beautifully presented and a nice break from all the crowds. We highly recommend!!”

“Cute little room in an almost 600 year old building in the heart of Venice. The staff were incredibly friendly, happy, and helpful. We arrived late in the evening and they made sure we had all the information we needed to get into our room. There is a small common area with a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and teapot. Our room was tiny, but clean and had a cupboard for our clothes and a little safe if you need it. The bathroom and shower were great, too. ”
