The setting is spectacular... The house is surrounded by:
- 3000 m² garden with ancient trees
- Football
- Volleyball field
- Football field
- Olive groves
- Solar panel fields
- Stone porch with furniture to eat and/or relax...
We have enabled the old raft of the farm to bathe (15 m²). The water is from the source and is continuously renewed, it is transparent and very clean...! All of the most authentic and natural!
All this is taken care of by "the landlady" who lives near Mas Els Lledoners, she is a very discreet and pleasant woman.
The 5 km walking route through the farm is recommended, crossing fields of olive trees, crops and solar panels.
It is essential to visit the centuries-old laundries that are a sample of a distant and close history at the same time.
35km from the popular beaches from Costa Brava.
Mas Els Lledoners is a farmhouse that is part of the historic complex El Castell de Biure (12th century), on a farm of more than 150 Ha, its privileged location allows you to easily get to know the three counties Alt Empordà - Pla de l'Estany - The Garrotxa.
In this same farm, several km between them, are the houses Mas La Casanova - Mas Can Pirrac - Can Ginestera - Can Palles.
To highlight the old laundries of the El Castell de Biure estate, an 8-minute walk away, which are well worth a visit.
The farmhouse has belonged to the same family for 5 generations, has been completely restored and successfully combines respect for history with modern comforts.
We remember that:
- It is totally forbidden to have parties
If the payment has not already been made, it must be paid in cash upon arrival at the house:
-Dogs: up to 2 dogs, €30/animal
-The price does not include the tourist tax (€1.10/person/night, from the age of 16, the first 7 nights)
-Babies: up to 2 cots, €20/cot, prior reservation

Trés beau cadre extérieur, mais prestations insuffisantes
Compte tenu de la description et photos, nous attendions beaucoup plus de confort dans la maison.
dans ce magnifique parc, il n'y a même pas de fauteuils extérieurs. La piscine est ridiculement petite, à la limite de la vétusté (aucun rapport avec la photo)
Il manque des éléments de confort à l'intérieur ; pas de tables et chaises dans les chambres, peu de cintres, pas de tablettes dans les salles de bains pour poser les trousses de toilette
A notre départ on doit emmener nos poubelles, sans aucune précision sur l'endroit ou on peut les déposer, et sous peine de payer 150€ si on les laisse sur place
Le jour de l'arrivée, la personne d'accueil est arrivée avec 1h30 de retard, et personne le jour du départ
En résume le cadre est superbe mais on n'a pas envie de rester dans la maison, sauf pour les repas

Très bon location
Très bien, l’emplacement est idéal, cependant la piscine ne fait 3m x 3,30 sur 80 de profondeur et pas 80 m2 comme dans l’annonce, pas de possibilité de brancher une voiture électrique

Wonderful getaway for a large family
We had a memorable family Christmas at Cabanelles. I loved being able to share meals together in the large and comfortable dining room and our group took beautiful walks around the grounds during the day. The rooms were comfortable and we found the kitchen well equipped during our stay. Highly recommended for large groups and kids.

un fin de semana encantador
Una casa preciosa en un entorno incomparable y cuatro parejas de amigos de la infancia mas, la sala de estar con chimenea, la cocina , el comedor todo muy correcto. Las habitaciones con camas comodísimas y los baños normales. Muy recomendable. Un saludo.
