“At check in the lock on door to room did not work so they installed a dead bolt which was hard to lock as door did not have a grip. The TV did not work, they said they would fix and never did. The worse part was they gave us incorrect access code to gate and when we got back to room at 2am we could not get in. We spent over 30 minutes calling and Noone answered. TERRIBLE!!!!! They apologized and gave us a breakfast for the inconvenience but it was all just a terrible experience here”
