“This is a very nice 1br unit in a building with great amenities. Although it’s 1 block back from Playa de los Muertos beach, the generous balcony has an unobstructed view over a low building right down to the surf with the pleasant sound of waves coming through all the time. The refrigerator and washer/dryer are pretty new and quite nice, and the kitchen overall is well equipped if cooking is planned. Roof has a small but nice infinity pool/hot tub overlooking the beach, small but nice gym……
