“The hotel doesn’t look like the pictures at all. Looks like the owner has neglected the maintenance of the property, everything is falling apart. The furniture is cheap, odd and tacky. The lock of hour room was basically broken and unsafe. In general, the vibe is eery. Food was horrible and extremely expensive. We preferred to loose our money and don’t stay the second night. I’m not sure if the previous reviews are the owner’s friends & family as it is definitely not true. As a Mexican, I’ve……

“I had to request for my room to be serviced 2 separate days. First day I waited until 5 PM to call for service and second day I requested morning service and it wasn’t completed until 2 PM”

“Lovely hacienda style property, complete with a turtle pond! Wish the veranda faced the sea but we did have a view from small window in room (#4). Host was kind and helpful. Coffee and continental breakfast supplied in shared kitchen.”
