Front Door would not lock, the place required cleaning and lock box was located in an area too low for the guest to use without stooping and/or falling.

Nice Balcony

We chose this property because it was close to our son and his family. We were hoping they would stay with us to give them a mini-vacation, but they did not want to sleep on a sofa bed. Kevin was very accommodating when we called him for some essentials (propane tank for grill) and brought what we asked for plus some grilling utensils. My criticism would be the kitchen was lacking in dinnerware, silverware, serving bowls, pitchers, measuring cup, etc. My daughter-in-law had to bring those from her house to be able to make dinner there. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and were always able to find at least one iguana in the trees!

False advertising; dilapidated property

First, the key was in a hidden, difficult to access lockbox at ground level on the roadway. Other residents in the building were upset with us because condos were NOT to be short term rentals. After booking, unit contract stated we could NOT use any of the common areas (including pool and basketball court which were advertised in property's listing's heading! Property had no showerhead or useable bathtub in 2nd bathroom. Showerhead hose was hanging without a shower head attached!"Tile was buckling off walls with grout falling in tub and floor. "Twin" beds were actually a twin trundle which had no mattress so really no twin beds which we were counting on. Pull out couch was VERY old, worn and uncomfortable. Dirty dishes were in the dishwasher upon our arrival. No dishwasher detergent, shampoo, body soap or wash in the entire place. We killed a huge cockroach in unit. Kitchen had only one very low wattage lightbulb and dirty cabinets with one broken cabinet door. Bathroom sink had a child's toothbrush in the drain (which I retrieved!). Even though they knew we were English speaking, all instructions in unit were in Spanish. We want our money back! I have photos for proof.
