“It is only a block away from the beach , some local options for food in walking distance, the pool is open 24/7 unless they are cleaning it. Board games on site, beds comfy and clean, all amenities you need. parking in front. Not a lot to do in Brasilito but great location to get to everything. The owners of the condo are really great to deal with and remember to take a photo of the emergency numbers on the kitchen counter just in case. ”

“The condo complex was very well maintained. The location was good but if you are not able to make the hike up and down the hill to the beach it may be less desirable. As the condo is situated on a hill, the pool area was quite windy most of the time and the pool was quite brisk. Pass for the loungers at the pool may have made the pool experience more comfortable. We spent our day at the beach and rented tents and loungers for 20 US. Amazing sunsets. We enjoyed our time despite everything.”

“It was a great place to stay. Very close to the beach and high end finishes. Our first condo had a leak in the ceiling which was very problematic but they did change us to a new condo which was much nicer. The move was inconvenient though and they reimbursed us one day for the inconvenience.”

Great view, was enough room for our family of 4, extra towels to take to the beach, only about a 5 min walk to the beach, had a washer and dryer(it was a little noisy), AC was great. It was nice to have a coffee maker, just bring coffee creamer if you like that. Cons, the guest bathroom was missing a door on the shower so water was spraying out on the floor, toilet handle was cracked but usable in the master bathroom, the clear mats in the showers had dirt and sand……

“My husband and my niece and her husband had a wonderful two weeks vacation, location was perfect for a relaxing time. The food at Amigos Y Beer was amazing and would recommend trying this restaurant more than once. The view from the balcony was absolutely spectacular and private. The entrance into the condo was a bit challenging but the security guard directed us in the first time and after that, we had no problem. Yes you do have to drag your luggage across the grass, through a narrow……

“We had a wonderful stay. The condo has everything you could possibly need and was very clean and well maintained. The pool was gorgeous and the small beach located just down the hill was lovely and secluded. The location is perfect and there are at least 5 beaches within a twn minutes drive.”

“This condo was perfect for our trip. The view is amazing and the unit had AC. What more could you want? The hill to get to the condo is no joke but we liked it, kept us healthy and helped us walk off all the drinks. The pool was also lovely, had a nice view, and was never crowded.”

“We loved Oceanica, and this unit was perfect for us. Everything worked well. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, cookware and utensils. Absolutely the only negative is the internet, which is provided by Starlink. It was inconsistent and went on and off frequently. So if a person really needed a good internet connection while staying there, this would be a deal breaker.”
