Guests can also enjoy convenient access to on-site restaurants, boutique shopping, a medical clinic, and other essential services.



To ensure a truly relaxing and effortless stay, daily housekeeping service is included for our guests.



The Space:

This beautiful fully equipped studio features exceptional amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. In addition, the balcony offers a view of our beautiful marina, where you can enjoy the ocean breeze.

PAYMENT – To secure and guarantee your reservation, full payment of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.



Payments can only be made by credit or debit card.



Once full payment has been received, your reservation will be confirmed.



CANCELLATION POLICIES

Firm - 30-60 days before

• 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.*(minus 5%

cancellation fee plus 13% sales tax over the total booking amount).

• 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check

in.*

• No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

• Bookings that overlap Christmas and New Year’s are non-refundable.

• We'll refund the original payment method used during booking, subtracting any

payment processing fees incurred for payment or refund processing.

• No exceptions. We recommend travel insurance for unforeseen situations.
