Wish we stayed longer!

Wonderful wonderful place!!! The beach is so beautiful and quiet. We had a private chef in to create a scrumptious meal. So comfortable and clean. We really can’t say enough good things about this rental- excited to come back!

Great Location

The house was in a great location. It feels like you are on a private beach. The pool was great for the kids. You can surf right out the back door, or walk about a half mile down the beach to Playa Grande for an even better surf break. There are 3 or 4 restaurants in Playa Grande that are a short drive away. You are also about 25 min from Tamarindo. Overall it was a great stay and we would come back. Can't beat the location on the beach.

Amazing!!!

Our stay was one of the best experiences I’ve had. The house was absolutely amazing. Everything was clean and ready for use. The decor also gave it a very modern/bohemian feel and I loved it! The beach was clean and felt very private. While sitting pool side, we could here the sounds of the waves crashing and it was very relaxing. Tony, the concierge was easy to communicate with and helpful in every way. He recommended restaurants on the surrounding towns to try and they did not disappoint. For anyone who stays at this property and want to eat out, try Pots and Bowls, we had it for breakfast and it did not disappoint. We also had the chef service for 3 dinners and the chef was amazing and a one of a kind experience. Highly recommend this place.

Costa Rica Getaway

We had an absolutely fantastic time on our Vacation. The Playa Grande house is simply outstanding. As someone else said, the pictures don't do it justice - the house is just so nice. The pool was perfect, and the quick walk out to the beach from the back gate was amazing. The beach is perfect. And lastly, we cannot forget the amazing service from the Concierge Tony. He arranged numerous activities for us during the trip. He did all the work - all we had to do was tell him what we were interested in. He also provided great suggestions! Sunset catamaran and the private dinner chef were amazing and absolutely the highlights of our trip. Tony went out of his way to make sure we had a fantastic time. Everything was taken care of. Can't wait to return. I've already recommended this property to friends!

Wonderful vacation property

We had the pleasure of staying at this stunning beachfront property that exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment I arrived, we were blown away by the beauty of the location and the luxurious amenities that were available to us. The house itself was gorgeous and well-maintained that featured stunning ocean views from every angle. Inside, the decor was modern and tasteful, with comfortable furnishings and high-end appliances throughout. The spacious bedrooms were equipped with comfortable beds and plush linens, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day at the beach. Speaking of the beach, the property's location right on the water was truly unbeatable. We spent hours lounging in the sun on the pristine sand, listening to the waves crash against the shore and feeling the ocean breeze on the skin. It was truly the epitome of relaxation. In addition to the beach, the property also had a fantastic pool area that was perfect for taking a dip and soaking up some sun. There were plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas available. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff at the property. Everyone was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that we had everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. From the moment we arrived, we felt like valued guests. Overall, our stay here was a truly wonderful vacation experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. The stunning location, top-notch amenities, and exceptional service all combined to make it an unforgettable trip.

The home is beautiful - the pictures don’t fully represent the beauty. 2 master’s with private bathrooms in the main house and a small casita by the pool could work for multiple couple or a large family like ours. One master in the main house is near two other bedrooms who share a bathroom - this was perfect for our kids. One separate master upstairs has an amazing balcony. The landscaping and gardens on the property are incredibly maintained. An automatic drive-in gate and locking gate to the beach provide the security anyone would appreciate. A short few steps from the back gate puts you on the quiet beach. With a 1/4 mile walk you are on Playa Grande to surf. You are also within a short drive to the quaint town of Playa Grande. If you’re looking for a restful getaway in a beautiful home (with a “private” beach and pool) this is it!

The location is breathtaking and the pictures truly don't do the home justice. We loved the outdoor areas, easy access to the beautiful beach and enjoyed quite a few naps in the back yard hammock under the palm trees listening to the ocean and the monkeys. The management staff was so attentive and responsive. Tony and Allen were amazing in helping us arrange our activities and making sure our every need was met. 10/10 recommend!

The interior design is just perfection. Our group of four adults and two children had the most-wonderful time exploring up and down the coast and splashing around in the pool. The kids loved the swing chairs and reading in the window seat. The house had beach toys, chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards. There is no tub, so keep that in mind for very little children. We can’t wait to return!

Tony was the absolute best host and connected us with local events, restaurants, bars and activities and made the trip so much better! The home is beautiful, Playa Ventanas is spectacular and remote, and the pool, gardens and outdoor patio spaces are welcoming and perfect for gathering together. Every detail was thought of in this vacation home. A quiet and relaxing retreat, we walked miles and miles along Playa Ventanas and Playa Grande, and enjoyed surfing and playing in the waves. A true paradise, we hope to return soon!

A Fabulous Week

The house and casita were amazing and just as depicted in the rental site. The short walk to the beach was great and most of the time we had the beach to ourselves. We had the equipment we needed for the beach and plenty of towels. The house worked well for 9 people including a 10 & 7 year old and a nine month old baby. Having the pool and beach gave us options for outdoor activities. We felt safe there and all the people we met taking care of the property were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this property if you want a getaway that is private and away from busy touristy beaches.
