This two-story condo offers the main living, dining, and kitchen area upstairs, while both bedrooms and bathrooms are located on the lower level for extra privacy. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a breakfast bar, and plenty of counter space for cooking. The airy living area opens onto the balcony, giving you an inviting indoor-outdoor feel, and both bedrooms include generous closet space.



Good to know:

• Bedrooms and bathrooms are located downstairs.

• The complex does not have an elevator — access is via stairs only.

• The walk from the beach to the condo is uphill (about 5 minutes); many guests choose to rent a golf cart or car for convenience.
