「Had a great time! Plenty of space for everyone. Perfect location, we were able to walk to most things. Backyard was great for the kids too. Would definitely stay again! 」

「From the time we reached there, Allan and Loraine made us feel welcomed as if we were visiting family or friends.The property was super clean, very well supplied and they seem to have carefully considered little details to make the experience great - things like there is a small torch in keychain for example. The porch has amazing mountain views and you can enjoy perfect sunset. They are also beekeepers, they offered us free honey tasting and samples. We really liked it and purchased some of it....

「A perfect house to stay in. Our Hosts were amazing with everything imaginable supplied which made our stay so easy. I would recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Bathurst this is the place!」

「There is everything you need and more. A bottle of wine on arrival, spices in the kitchen next to the coffee and games book for entertainment. Rooms are clean and cozy and the house is well set out. Short drive to food, shops and great aquatic centre.」

「A lovely homely property in a quiet location. Very clean and exceeded our expectations. Tastefully modernised with very comfy beds and great bathrooms. Loved the fire! Everything we could have wished for. Great to have wifi and mobile reception and access to streaming services. We would love to come back.」

「Johnno's Cottage was perfect for our three days in Orange with two kids. It was spotlessly clean and exceptionally warm and cosy (with electric blankets, plenty of additional mink blankets, heaters in each room, aircon AND a lovely gas heater that looks like an open fireplace). It's light and just as the photos depicted. The sun poured through the sunroom in the mornings and hubby fell asleep on the daybed there more than once. All and all, very comfortable, close to the CBD and good value....

「This place is amazing it’s so beautiful every detail is thought of and the hosts are amazing. For all ages. Going in winter yes can be cold but the house heating and activities were not hindered in any way. We cannot wait to have another stay there soon. Highly recommend. Kids grandparents teens dog all perfect. The animals and wildlife birds echidnas kangaroos deer even the cows we helped feed. 」

「We stayed at Old Alloway for a long weekend as part of our first-ever book club retreat—and it was a complete success. The house is absolutely stunning, with plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The views were nothing short of breathtaking, and the peaceful, secluded setting made it feel like a true escape. Yet, we were only 10 minutes from the heart of Bathurst, which made exploring the local area easy and enjoyable. We thoroughly loved our stay and couldn’t recommend Old Alloway...
