Convenable grâce à l’accès direct à la plage.

La location présentée comme « haut de gamme » ne correspond pas à la réalité. Mais le séjour a été correct. Un deuxième jeu de clés aurait été apprécié.

Mauvaise expérience

A notre arrivée 17 Degrés ds la maison. Impossible d'utiliser le salon de jardin. Les coussins trempés. Une fois ds la maison, four sale. Grille pain en panne. Le faitout pour 8 personnes ne fonctionne pas sur les plaques. Lavabo bouché dans la salle de bain RDC. Personne ne s'est déplacé malgré nos appels. Le lit bébé sans drap housse et pas de chaise haute pour le bébé. Gros problème avec la chaudière. Le seul plus est l'accès direct sur la plage. Très déçus par rapport au prix excessif.

L'emplacement de cette maison est parfaite mais accueil et équipements déplorables

La personne qui devait nous accueillir ne s'est pas déplacée et nous a dit que les clés étaient dans la boîte aux lettres. La femme de ménage encore sur les lieux à notre arrivée, nous précise qu'il n'y a pas de lumière dans la salle de bain, à nous de nous débrouiller ... On découvre par ailleurs que les canalisations de la maison s'écoulent très difficilement. Au cours de notre séjour le réfrigérateur / congélateur est tombé en panne. Nous avons du jeter les produits stockés dans le congélateur. Pour l'ensemble de ces problèmes aucun interlocuteur ne nous a répondu. C'est vraiment dommage que le "service client" soit aussi déplorable car la maison est très bien située à 2 pas de la plage.
