"Although ALL Staff are super amazing here, bathroom cleanliness and beddings needs some work. Our towels looked like they were used and was never changed with stains on them and hairs on the shower walls. Pillows smelled like sweat and cigarette smoke. But other that those flaws experience was amazing and would come stay here again. "

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay here for a week. Our room was excellent with an amazing sea view that really couldn’t have been better, and all the staff were extremely friendly & helpful. The restaurants at the hotel were also brilliant, and the pool area & communal areas were all spotless & very relaxing. We will absolutely be back! "

"Overall the hotel was set in lovely grounds but first impressions were poor as the man at reception who greeted us was lacking in any communication skills. He asked us immediately if we wanted spa access, then a coffee machine then finally access to a workable safe (all at further expense) which made check in disappointing. He misdirected us and then didn't offer any assistance to get to our accommodation which was 10 mins away. The room was comfortable but tired and smelt of drains often. Please note that the hotel is situated right next to a stagnate lake so there are mosquitoes everywhere 😬"

"One of the worst places to ever make a booking. Completely inflexible, took our money and refused to refund us even a dollar even though we had a medical emergency and had given them significant advance notice. They have also made it a point not to respond to us or to Expedia because of our request for a refund when there was a real medical emergency and we couldn't travel. While we understand that the hotel has its own terms and conditions, this demonstrates a very clear basis to avoid places like this, and to book in places that are more flexible and customer-centric. We will never book in this place again and will likely tell all our friends not to either. Stay away!!!!"

"I loved the music theme of the hotel"

"Beach bar was always noisy, they were playing music till late night. You could hear everything, not optimal to sleep. The hotel was very old, you could hear also everything from other guests. The breakfast was okay, not too much variety. Beach views were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, there are a lot of free spots 2-3 min away from hotel (public parking). There are not many restaurants there, without car is not practical. "
