"Overall a nice hotel, the beds completely let it down and I probably wouldn’t stay here again due to that, if you can handle rock hard beds everything about the hotel is lovely. Nice pool, nice location (quiet, not busy), steps to the beach, Pilates and yoga available, gym could do with some TLC as some machines broken. Plenty of sunbeds but still people stupidly claiming them in the morning - didn’t expect that from this standard of hotel. Staff at breakfast can be a little grumpy, I believe the soller hotel location is better."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week. Everything was perfect. The staff was really helpful when we needed directions and taxis to get around. Loved that we were walking distance to the beach and that there were places to have dinner close by."

"An excellent hotel in every respect. By far the best hotel we have ever visited. I would point out just one minor issue: we arrived late on the first night and needed to sleep in the next day, so we didn't let the housekeeper into the room—and consequently, she didn't come automatically the following day."

"Chill vibes, nice place to relax. I loved their smoothies while enjoying the pool area. It needs an improvement for the foods tho. For the breakfast when I ordered salmon egg benedict, it cam with toasted"

"The location alone makes this a 5 in my opinion. The rooms were tidy, it’s an older hotel and they are basic but have what you need. The rooms don’t go below 24 degrees even though there’s AC, which I can see being a problem for some. The view from our room was absolutely stunning and it’s such a short distance to the beautiful Cala, I wish we stayed here longer."

"This is a real gem of a hotel and the only issue we had was a room booking error on our first night which meant we had to change room. This was not the fault of the hotel and the staff handled the error very well. All the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I cannot praise them highly enough. Their helpfulness makes this score a 5 rather than a 4 which would have been given due to the evening meal taken which was distinctly average. The breakfast is brilliant and the location and pool set up amazing. If you want a quiet and welcoming experience then this hotel will suit very well. The hotel staff team make this place."

"Having stayed in many hotels around the world, I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Hotel Martorell, having booked to stay only 1 week before arriving. The breakfast is great. The hotel is in the best possible location in Colonia, giving you the equidistant option of going to either Es Trenc beach or Platja des Dolç or des Carbo. Fantastic food options on the harbour front too."

"The hotel is in a great location and had everything we could possibly want whilst on holiday. Plenty of storage in the rooms which includes a fridge too. There is a refillable water jug for the room also. The restaurant and bar is great with lovely views over the pool and the sea. There is a quieter area inside still with big windows for the views over the bay. There is also a new rooftop bar on the 7th floor which gives amazing views including the best of the sunset. There is a decked area near the sea with sun loungers at a surcharge if you wanted to be closer to the ocean which was really nice. Reception is 24/7 and very helpful."
